A free nationwide chemistry contest for Japanese middle and high school students, run by the Chemical Society of Japan. A first round multiple choice exam each July narrows the field to around eighty students for a second round camp with written and experimental components, and top scorers are tracked toward Japan's International Chemistry Olympiad team.
